About Little Elm Concrete
A local concrete contractor pouring driveways, patios, boat and RV pads, and decorative concrete for homes and businesses around Little Elm and Lewisville Lake.
Who we are
Local concrete work, done the right way
Little Elm Concrete pours and finishes concrete across Little Elm, Frisco, The Colony, Prosper, Lewisville, Oak Point, and the other towns around the lake. Our crew handles driveways, patios, stamped and decorative concrete, foundation slabs, retaining walls, and repairs.
Here is why we fuss over the ground. Little Elm sits on Blackland Prairie clay that swells after a storm and shrinks in August, and lots near the lake can stay soft for days after heavy rain. Most yards are nearly flat, so water will not leave a slab unless we build in the slope. We dig out soft spots, compact a real base, set steel at the right height, and cut joints where the slab needs them. Lots of our neighbors also park boats and trailers, so we size thickness to what will actually sit on the concrete.

How we work on every job
Base and drainage first
Little Elm lots are flat and the clay holds water. We plan where every gallon of rain goes and build a compacted base before a single form goes in.
Straight pricing
Every estimate is free, on site, and itemized. You see what the prep, base, steel, and finish cost before you sign.
Respect for your property
We protect the lawn and landscaping, keep the work area tidy, and clean up every day.
Clear communication
You know the schedule, the cure times, and when you can walk and park on the new concrete.
Our process
From first call to final walk-through
- 01
Site visit and written price
We come out, measure, and check how water moves across your lot. Little Elm yards are mostly flat, so we plan the fall of the slab instead of hoping rain finds its way off. You get a line-by-line price for tear-out, base, steel, and finish.
- 02
Dig out and build the base
We remove old concrete, cut the soil down to depth, and compact crushed base in layers over the clay. Soft, wet spots near the lake get dug out and replaced, not covered up. Forms go in true to the grade we planned.
- 03
Steel, pour, and finish
Rebar or mesh goes in on chairs so it sits in the middle of the slab where it does its job. We place the concrete, screed and float it, cut joints at the right spacing, and apply the finish you picked: broom, stamped, exposed aggregate, or smooth.
- 04
Cure, clean up, walk it
We keep the slab from drying out too fast in the Texas sun, pull the forms, backfill the edges, and haul away the mess. Then we walk the finished work with you and tell you when it can take foot traffic, a car, and a loaded boat trailer.
