Concrete Contractor in Frisco, TX

Frisco starts just east of Little Elm, and Eldorado Parkway runs straight into it. Our crew pours concrete across the city, from the neighborhoods west of the Dallas North Tollway to the newer builds farther north. Frisco is big and still growing, so we see everything from first upgrades on new homes to replacements on driveways that are now twenty years old.

Concrete in Frisco, TX

Concrete work built for Frisco

The west side of Frisco shares a border with us, and homes in places like Phillips Creek Ranch sit a few minutes from our shop. Many of these houses have larger backyards than the builder finished, and the most common call is a patio expansion with a stamped or stained surface, often wrapped around a pool. Out front, the work tends to be walkways, new steps, and a driveway border that picks up the stone on the house.

Older streets near downtown Frisco along Main Street carry concrete that has had more years to move. There we replace sunken driveway panels, fix trip hazards on walks, and resurface patios that are sound but worn. Owners in Starwood and Newman Village often want finish work that fits a strict HOA look, so we bring samples and get the color approved before we order a truck.

The soil in Frisco is the same expansive clay we deal with at home, though most Frisco lots sit farther from the lake and drain a bit better. The trouble spots are usually man-made: builder grading that sends roof water toward the patio, or sprinkler lines run under the edge of a slab. Before we extend a patio, we look at where the downspouts land and where the yard holds water after rain, then plan the new concrete around it. Here is why it matters. A patio that catches roof water at its seam with the house will keep that joint wet, and the clay under it will heave a little more each spring until the new section sits higher than the old.

Pool decks are a big part of our Frisco work. Many backyards here have a pool with a narrow deck the pool builder poured, and owners want more room for chairs and shade. We tie new deck into the old with a proper joint, match the finish as closely as concrete allows, and keep the slope running away from the water. Our pool deck page walks through finish choices. We also leave a clean gap where the deck meets the pool coping so the two can move on their own. Pool owners who want a cooler surface underfoot can pick a lighter color or a textured finish that stays easier on bare feet in July.

Frisco also has a lot of commercial building along the Dallas North Tollway, SH 121, and US-380. For business owners and property managers we pour sidewalks, dumpster pads, curb repairs, and parking area sections. Those jobs get thicker slabs and work scheduled around store hours. Commercial pours in Frisco often need to fit around traffic, deliveries, and open storefronts. We pour in sections when that keeps a parking lot usable, and we tape off fresh concrete so nobody walks on it before it is ready.

From our shop, most of Frisco is a short trip east on Eldorado Parkway. That makes site visits easy to fit in. If your HOA needs color samples or a drawing, we provide both with the written estimate. Newer homes in Phillips Creek Ranch and Starwood often have builder slabs only a few years old, so we check the existing concrete for hairline cracks and settling before we tie anything new to it.
